Holiday Candied Walnuts

Get an omega 3 fatty acid boost while enjoying this Holiday favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Walnuts (whole or halves) organic
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup organic
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put a pan on a medium-high burner for a bit, then add: walnuts, maple syrup, and salt. Stir mixture until syrup is caramelized on the walnuts, approx: 3 minutes.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Enjoy!
